A medium sized charcoal drawing of a copse of trees standing proudly at the top of a hill, beneath a threatening moody sky. Using charcoal pencils and sticks, I have been able to pull out the dark silhouette of the trees against the sky very boldly, creating what I believe is a a moody atmospheric drawing with very rich and contrasting tones.
